Cebu Flowers and Gifts offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Cebu Flowers and Gifts commenced as a reseller. Early 2022 CFPH is no longer connected to any organization or partnership and the like and it is independently bears the name as Cebu Flowers and Gifts. Legally registered both DTI and BIR ,as Tante CF&G Flower Arrangement services with a TIN # 323-332-713-000. Cebu Flowers and Gifts is happy to attend you in sending surprises to your loved ones. We have bouquet of flowers/chocolates/stuff toys, and special add-ons such as teddy bear, chocolates, cake, balloons, fruits, etc. ..
Cebu Flowers and Gifts assures you that we are capable and able to make bouquets with class and style.
We do not have a physical store but we deliver door to door.
Delivery:
We still offer free delivery within Cebu City except Talamban, Pit os and mountain part of Busay. Delivery fee applies to nearby Cities and Provinces.
PAY FIRST POLICY to all your orders.
We accept BPI, BDO, Gcash, Mlhuillier, Palawan, Cebuana and Western Union as Mode of Payments.
And please attach a screenshot or picture of your proof of payment.
REBOOKING & REROUTING
Rebooking refers to changing the original schedule to either an earlier or later delivery date.
As a voluntary change (delivery is still scheduled to operate), this can be done at least a day before the scheduled delivery date.
RE-ROUTING
Depending on the timing and condition of when the delivery schedule is changed, rerouting may or may not incur a fare difference.

4 Reasons to Reroute a delivery
There are myriad reasons for needing to reroute a package. Here are the top four:
You’ve Moved – You thought you filled out all the correct forms and made the necessary delivery changes, but invariably a package delivery is en route to receiver's old shipping address.
You’ll Be Out of Town – With the freedom to travel luring us away, balancing shipping schedules with vacation time is often challenging.
Doing errand – We acknowledged and understand surprise; unknowingly receiver isn't home and nobody can receive it on her \his behalf.
You Wrote the Wrong Address – This “oops” typically happens when you are in a hurry or you unwittingly transpose the numbers of an address.
Thankfully, we allow you to reroute a package to another address for delivery – provided you make the request online and the parcel hasn’t been dispatch yet. otherwise, we will charge you for a delivery fee even if it is Cebu City.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
No Cancellation No Refund Policy.
Nonrefundable when you decline to receive the product.
If there is a need for a refund. We will refund the amount 7pm onwards or after the payment being reviewed and confirmed.
We cater on-the-day deliveries just 6 hrs. After payment, only if supplies are available on the day, otherwise, your orders will be delivered the next day or on the scheduled date.
Time of Delivery
Please consider us with your preferred time to be negotiable considering a lot of factors like traffic, nature, quarantine, checkpoints, etc., but this should be delivered within the scheduled date.
We highly discourage walk in or pick up.
DELIVERY ON SUNDAYS.
Materials and preparation will start afternoon therefore earliest delivery starts at 4pm. This is nonnegotiable.
EXEMPTION
We deliver Valentines Day or Mothers Day if it falls Sunday.
We take photo as proof of delivery and for Ads purposes. Pictures will be posted on our FB page. Photo sharing, bad mouthing, and negative comment of the posted picture is strictly prohibited.

If you wish to proceed with your order you understand that:
1. That our florist will accommodate your order with only 99% similar to the sample provided.
2. Pay first policy. For instances that COD is allowed, we need 50% down payment, nonrefundable when you decline to receive the product. REDELIVERY for declined , unavailable or cannot be reach recipient is possible with corresponding delivery fee after an attempted failed delivery.
3. Our delivery will start at 10am. In case you need it earlier, please order 3 days ahead.
4. Time of delivery depends on the number of deliveries in a day and operation depends on the arrival of supplies. Please be patient.
5. Same-day delivery is possible when products are available and if we are not fully booked on that day.
6. Some imported flowers may not be available for same-day delivery, please order in a minimum of 3 days.
7. We can deliver anywhere in Cebu. Please refer to our regular delivery rates.
8. Photos of bouquets including proof of delivery will be posted in this page (negotiable)
Some flowers, cover, ribbons or other materials may not be available in a certain period of time due to some circumstances (nature, out-of-stock, no harvest, out-of-season, etc.); we, as florist, qualify ourselves in taking the initiative to change them to something available, presentable and of equal or greater value.
9. For standees, (inaugural flowers/ sympathy arrangements/ giant bouquets) we have our own designs or ribbon and laminated cards.
10.For customized orders, or you have another design for us to copy, please set an expectation that we cannot guarantee to reproduce a 100% the same product especially when flowers and materials are not available. Our florist can only make something close to the arrangement but not the exact replica.
11. We need your patience on the day of delivery since supplies may vary in time of arrival and traffic in the city now is very exhausting.

VALENTINES DAY & MOTHERS DAY AGREEMENT
ARRANGEMENT AND DESIGN
*You understand that you may select preferred design or arrangement according to the choices we offer such as round bouquet, arm or layered bouquet, in a vase or basket arrangement .
*You understand that you will have to choose your preferred colors for wrappers, fillers and ribbons but in a worst scenario that if these materials are no longer available, it will be subject to availability and our experienced florist may choose whichever color closer available.
SCHEDULE AND TIME OF DELIVERY
*You understand that preferred schedule or time of delivery will be set by CF&G.
*You understand that your order will be delivered within the day of the agreed day.
*You understand that you may ask for updates and follow up only through fb messenger or fb Page of CF&G platform with your order order number that usually starts CFPH.
Replacement and Other concerns
*You understand that lapses, errors occurs during in season and that complain will be accommodated after 4pm of the date agreed only.
*You understand that replacement maybe possible once our lapses is verified.
*You understand that Proof of delivery (PICTURE ) will be posted on any CF&G platform for advertising purposes.
* You understand that once the rider is in the delivery address and the recipient is not in the location or delivery address this is considered delivered and redelivery is possible with applicable delivery fee. therefore Please Provide Exact and complete delivery address and active contact number of your recipient and your contact number.
You understand that if replacement is not possible will issue refund 7pm on the scheduled date set by CF&G
